Here's a Discussion of Ideas for the California Master Plan for Aging

Governor Newsome of California has asked for the creation by October 2020 of a Master Plan for Aging for the State.  There are some elements long in place through the Older Californian's Act, but the Governor has proposed a comprehensive look at aging today and what the State's policies toward aging should or might be.  Click here to go to the State's website for the Master Plan.
